Face Masks.
Public health authorities still recommend preventative measures, including wearing masks when not eating or drinking.

Physical Distancing.
We will require social distancing throughout the event. This includes smart, socially-distanced seating during education sessions, meals and on the exhibit floor. We will also deploy more space at registration to reduce crowding.

Enhanced Hygiene.
In addition to promoting frequent hand washing, sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property and individual hand sanitizers will be distributed during the badge pickup process at registration.

Enhanced Cleaning.
Physical cleaning is a priority at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center. Associates will be continuously sanitizing and cleaning throughout the course of the event. Click here to learn more.
