As the VP of Store Development and Training Operations at Batteries Plus, Jason Moss has led efforts to open more than 140 locations. Jason currently oversees all Store Development efforts including territory viability, real estate, construction, brand standards and design, in-store experience, interior and exterior signage, franchise support for development, and operational success through nationwide and comprehensive training programs. Batteries Plus training efforts include in-person learning, online modules and additional peer to peer learning through various channels including social media. Under Jason’s leadership to create and implement an exceptional support and education network, new Batteries Plus owners continue to achieve higher than ever sales success and are driving the rapid growth of this nationwide specialty retail franchise.
