Rich Jones is a strategic leader with deep expertise in dental and clinical development, real estate and construction management. With a background spanning design, permitting, logistics and construction, Jones has played a pivotal role in scaling operations and optimizing workflows to drive business growth.

Since 2019, Jones has overseen the expansion of dental and medical facilities, working closely with key stakeholders to create innovative, patient-centered spaces. He was instrumental in launching the design function at Heartland Dental, helping scale the business to 100+ new builds per year by streamlining processes, raising design standards, and challenging the status quo. In 2022, he took the construction function under his leadership, applying the same focus on efficiency, innovation, and scalability to improve processes and drive better outcomes for the team.

Providing vision, resources, and space for his team to explore and create value, Jones has championed modular design standards to expedite project timelines and integrated tech-driven solutions into the planning process. Passionate about continuous improvement, he actively engages with industry leaders at conferences like SPECS to stay ahead of trends and drive innovation in dental and clinical development.

None of this, however, would be possible without the love, support and guidance of his incredible wife, Audrey, and their two kids, Jack (9) and Ella (6). In his free time, he enjoys being equally terrible at golf and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
