Juan Martinez is a 42-year industry veteran and Principal and Co-Founder of Profitality Labor Guru, an Industrial Engineering Consulting Company whose focus is to help brands improve efficiency of operations and design to drive better “Unit Economics”. Juan’s experience spans to over 120 different Brands. Prior to consulting, Juan spent 17 years at Burger King, in the team that pioneered the application of Industrial Engineering in foodservice. Juan has a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, and an MS and PhD degree in Ergonomics. He has served in several boards, including in FCSI. Juan was selected as the 2023 “Top Achiever” Consultant by FE&S Magazine. As an industry “thought leader” Juan frequently speaks at industry gatherings, and has written over 100 articles in industry journals.
