With a decade of experience in the refrigeration industry, Jason serves as the Refrigeration Technical Manager for Henderson Engineers' Grocery & Distribution Sector. He leads a dedicated group of designers, delivering high-quality refrigeration solutions while fostering mentorship and ongoing professional development. Passionate about natural refrigerants, Jason focuses on minimizing environmental impact, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring safe, reliable operation. His expertise in fully coordinated designs helps mitigate product loss and reduce capital costs through tailored equipment selections that meet each client’s unique needs.
Jason is an active member of the North American Sustainable Refrigeration Council (NASRC), volunteering his expertise to advance natural refrigerant adoption in the grocery and food retail sectors. His work has connected him with over half of the top 30 U.S. grocers, building lasting relationships throughout his career.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their 100-pound Goldendoodle. He’s also an avid disc golfer, thrift store enthusiast, and enjoys restoring his 1913 home.
