Steve is the founder of Palo Equity, a private equity firm and DePalo Group, a consulting firm dedicated to sustainability and energy solutions. Steve previously spent 18 years at McDonald’s Corporation, where he led the U.S. Sustainability team.

DePalo Group’s primary client, Coho Climate Advisors, retains Steve as their VP of Business Development. Palo Equity focuses on acquiring high quality value-add multifamily properties at below-market valuations.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University.
