Prior to opening her talent retention and leadership development firm, Olabatin managed all hands-on operational aspects of NextUp, a professional organization dedicated to advancing all women. Here, she led the firm’s high performing teams with a goal of being productive, efficient and effective.

Prior to NextUp, she had a seven-year tenure at PepsiCo’s Frito Lay division. During this time, she held multiple executive roles, most recently leading a $3.5 billion customer sales team for the South Central Region as the senior director of sales. She was also Target Corp.’s general manager and director of store operations, where she managed a $450 million annual budget and drove a high-performing team culture.

Olabatin earned her B.S in Marketing from San Francisco State University, her MBA from John F. Kennedy University, and her Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard University.
