Michael Powers joined Tuscan Brands in April of 2018 as Senior VP, Leasing and has been instrumental in the company’s planning and execution. Tuscan Village is a ground up, large-scale mixed-use development located in Salem, New Hampshire.
With over 35 years of experience, Powers brings a wealth of knowledge in retail leasing and development to the Tuscan Village Senior Management Team. Previously, Powers was employed in transactional and leadership roles with Starwood Retail Partners, Simon Property Group, Steiner and Associates, Glimcher Realty Trust and the Pyramid Companies.
Throughout his career, Powers has worked on a broad and diverse portfolio of real estate
representing ground up development, asset repositioning and portfolio acquisitions. More specifically, he has participated in the leasing and/or development of notable properties.
