William (Bill) Graber manages all Interior Service Accounts for EMCOR Facilities Services’ (EFS) supplier managed division, and strives to maintain long-term relationships while maximizing sales opportunities. He leads a successful team of key account managers whose responsibilities include growth, retention and overall customer satisfaction. Bill customizes and refines relevant processes and creative solutions for many of our current clients and future prospects.

Bill brings over 20 years of experience in specialized floor maintenance and housekeeping services to the retail industry. In 1994, Bill joined USM Inc., now a division of EFS, as a national field manager specializing in floor care and housekeeping. Bill’s expertise ranges from Green Cleaning Initiatives to specialty floor installation and repair. He has longstanding relationships with national chemical and equipment manufacturers, and is a member of National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA), and the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA).

Bill always looks forward to spending time with his four boys, his family, and his friends. He is an avid pool player and enjoys attending sporting events, fishing, and partaking in various recreational activities.
