BiBi Sukey graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts. With a narrow job prospective as a metal-smithing sculptor (and a looming student loan payment), she followed another interest — interior design — and began seeking jobs in construction.

She gained her initial construction experience as an administrative assistant for Loews Cineplex facilities department. After two years, BiBi moved on to Hertz Corp as project analyst. Through hands-on learning and continued education, she acquired the skills of construction, and was later promoted to project manager handling airport consolidated rental car projects.

She joined H&M in 2008, where she spent eight years managing new concepts, expansions, and store remodels.

BiBi is currently an essential member of Brookfield Properties’ tenant coordination team where she continues to progress her passion for construction best practices and workplace diversity. She is utterly grateful for those invaluable mentors she met along her professional development.
