Executive Advisory Board Member

Lori Koeppe joined The Buckle, based in Kearney, Neb., in 1989, when the company had just 60 stores. The Buckle currently operates more than 450 retail stores in 44 states, catering to fashion-conscious young men and women and offering a unique mix of high-quality, on-trend apparel, accessories and footwear -- packaged in what is widely known as a "denim destination.”

As operations coordinator, she is responsible for coordinating design for all construction and fixture projects for Buckle stores from concept design through store opening. She has coordinated several full design concept changes, as well as focus group projects.

Lori is a veteran SPECS Advisory Board member and a multi-year Executive Advisory Board leader. Additionally, she serves on the DDI Editorial Board.
